PROCESSING TIME- We begin processing your order once it is received. During this time, we create, add special touches, finish and prep your order for shipping (*shipping is free). Processing time excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. Processing times vary per product but an agreed upon “Received By’ date is provided upon confirmation of your order.
SHIPPING DETAILS- As soon as your product is finished being processed, we will ship it according to the agreed upon method. Shipping times are only estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Holidays, weather, and other factors can cause delays with the shipping company. All orders are shipped with a tracking number.
